Today’s guest is Mickey Griffith with Asentiv in Sacramento. Mickey is business coach/consultant and dare I say an expert at referral marketing. I’ve had the pleasure of know Mickey for close to 10 years now and excited to have him on the show.

Like many success entrepreneurs, Mickey ended up going to work for himself when he couldn’t find work during the dot com recession. It took him a couple of years to mentally shift from his business being a job, to make money, to treating it as a real business. As his business was taking off, tragedy struck when his mom passed away. This struck a chord in Mickey and he knew that his true passion was to help and mentor people. Approximately 7 years ago, Mickey stepped away from a growing and prosperous business and became a partner with Asentiv.
Today, Mickey is doing what he loves to do – help business owner thrive and shine.
